In previous positions, Sandra Lenhard worked as trainer and then personnel manager in financial institutes. She gained comprehensive international experience in her role as management consultant for a global consulting firm, after which she managed the “Tailored executive and organisational development offers” department of a major bank. Sandra Lenhard has been working as a freelance consultant since 2008.

Her focus areas: consulting and supporting comprehensive change processes according to systemic-complementary principles, implementing sustainable executive qualification programmes, facilitating management workshops and large groups, supporting and mediating professional conflicts, executive coaching.
