Degree in Geography from Oxford University and History from London University. Executive education from Lancaster University and Instituteo d’Empresa (Madrid). Training in large group workshops and organisational change.

After graduating Andy worked at British Airways and as a strategy consultant for NatWest bank. Then at Deloitte Consulting he co-developed the first Global approach to managing change while assigned to Changeworks LLc in San Francisco. He started his own consulting firm and worked for Virgin Atlantic before joining them as General Manager IT. After four years he moved to Amadeus where he was Director of Corporate Strategy and then the CEO of the leisure subsidiary Traveltainment. He is currently an angel investor, consultant and CEO of a big data analytics company in Germany (bd4travel). He has worked extensively in the UK, France and Germany. Andy lives in England and France and is married with three children.
