After many years working in production and services companies in Austria and Germany, Eva-Maria Preier became a company consultant in 1998, initially with the Neuwaldegg Consultancy Group. Since 2004, she has operated as an independent consultant, trainer and coach.
Her main areas of activity are supporting organisations and organisational units through changes, e.g. mergers, company development phases, restructuring, changes in management or challenging situations (demotivation, fluctuation, personnel decisions, etc.), management and team development, conflict resolution, coaching and consultant training.
