Dipl.-Psych., studied Psychology in Würzburg, Albany (NY, USA) and Oldenburg, qualification in client-centred psychotherapy according to Rogers, long-term systemic consultant training.
After completing his studies, Martin Hillebrand first worked for a consultancy company for a number of years. He then spent four years in an expanding multi-utility company, working in the fields of personnel and organisational development, further training, strategic personnel management and company development.
His main areas of activity are designing and supporting complex and sustainable change processes as well as the development of strategies, including in particular their implementation. He also trains change managers and consultants both nationally and internationally.
