Michael Rochow has gathered experience from a range of areas. Initially, in therapy and healthcare, e.g. at Lübeck’s university hospital. Later in personnel development at the Senate of the City of Hamburg. His decision to start his own business once again meant the beginning of a new venture. Since 1997, Michael Rochow works as a management consultant and trainer. Core competence: supporting challenging and long-term change processes. Focus: coaching of top management, management training schemes, team development and conflict management, training of change managers and consultants. He is married and has three sons.
