The concept of vitality inspires us, because having worked with each other and in the organisations of our customers over the years we have experienced the positive effect of healthy interactions on our own quality of life. And we have complemented our own reflections on the concept of “vitality” with the external perspective of a study. For this purpose, we have held qualitative interviews with managers and experts from a wide range of very different industries, organisations and spheres of responsibility. All participants were invited to our kick-off event in autumn 2016, at which the results of the study where presented.
